WPW Management Corporation was initially established to manage related partnership owned properties. Shortly thereafter, the Company broadened its scope of work to include third party owned properties. Over the past 33 years, WPW has managed retail and medical properties for a wide range of clients including local and region owners, trusts, and many lending institutions. We feel that effective management is an essential component of improving the value of an asset. Property Management Services:

	Oversee and schedule day to day maintenance including landscaping services and repairs.
	Supervise and ensure timely completion of tenant improvement construction and remodeling.
	Perform rent collections and seek all reasonable actions, at owner's direction, to all collect all sums due from tenants.
	Prepare annual operating budgets and monthly financial statements for each property owner.
	Prepare expense reconciliations for actual expenses for the property and send to tenants for reimbursement.
	Work with leasing agent to improve relationships with existing tenants and improve marketability of property.
	Assist owner with assembling due diligence materials for disposition or financing.
	Coordinate tax protesting through a third party service provider.
	Periodically check insurance premium rates to ensure that owner is getting the optimal coverage at the best price
